Lovely, clean and private space in country setting. Seeking preferably a long-term agreement (6 months or more) with (1) ONE PERSON. If long term a nominal security deposit will be required (we'll talk). Person must work a full time day job. I work evenings and value my privacy days and would like to extend that to a person during the evening hours. Close to URI, local hospitals and beaches. Non-Smoking in house or on property. My home is nestled in a wooded, quiet neighborhood. I'm seeking an individual who wants to share and live a peaceful existence.

Specifics:
-$1000 per month long term, preferably $250 per week or $500 bi-weekly. (Security deposit is negotiable) 6 months to see if living arrangements are compatible.

If Short Term:
-$275 per week short term. 2 months stay give or take. Can negotiate timing. Week goes from Sunday to Saturday (can be modified).


-Shared Bath, and also a half bath.
-Outside shower from May to October.
-WIFI
-Heat and Electricity
-Full size bed, new mattress and mattress cover
-2 bureaus and mirror
-Stand up lamp
-Shared very large closet with owner. Can not be used as a storage unit.
-Full size refrigerator.

-Kitchen Island
