5 minutes from URI, 10 minutes from beaches, close to bike path, and on the bus route. Home has solid hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, very large closets, two-car garage, and large basement for storage or gym equipment if needed.
Tenant would have full use of the lower ground level which includes your own private bedroom, full private bath, living room, dining area, and a shared kitchen. I occupy the second level of the home and have my own private bedroom, living room, and full private bath. I spend all of my time when not working on the upper level. You can rent fully furnished, as an all inclusive, or bring your own furniture. The queen bed and living room furniture can be moved to the large empty basement if you want to use your own. It’s a three bedroom home but I use one of the upstairs bedrooms as my living room.
Please Note: All photos provided are of the space you’d be occupying with the one exception being the kitchen which we’d share. I did not include any photos of the upper level where I reside.
PETS: I have an adorable cat named Sierra but landlord will not allow any additional pets. My ideal roommate would be an extremely neat independent non-smoker, cat lover for longterm sharing. Please send me an email and tell me about yourself.
