Ideal would be a women but we can work with most folks. Pro-LGBTQIA+ looking for someone who is up for more of a city vibe with a slice of greenspace to chill who can take care of themselves and help take care of the space. We're one street off from Broadway with tons of shops and food around the area. We have a bus stop a short ways away.
About the apartment:
The apartment is on the first floor!
The apartment has a 1yr lease but folks can be added/removed as needed landlord is pretty lax.
There is a decent amount of space!
There is off street parking
Basement Storage available
Laundry is on property on the basement floor of one of the other unit blocks.
We have gas heat, functional dishwasher, and plenty of kitchenware.
The building itself is older, there are some older quirks (we have to play outlet tag where we figure out where all our ACs can get plugged into in the summer lol).
There is wifi

About us:
We for the most part take care of our own needs, cook for ourselves. I work from home two days a week and go into office three days. All of us are over thirty. There is a cat already here, her name is Beans, she is very sweet.
Expectations:
Cleaning your room and shared spaces as messes happen, paying Rent on time, and loading/unloading the dishwasher to keep the sink clean and clear, taking the trash out if it needs it- or recycling if its full, keeping lines of communication open via text or messaging program (We use Discord) or in person touch-base conversations.
What we need:
First months rent* and $550 as deposit due at move-in date.

*Rent is $575 and utilities go up and down by a flexible amount monthly, if you would like to instead pay them separately some months you may be paying more some you can be paying less. We can discuss that further if interested in paying bills exactly.
