It's a nice, clean, first floor two-bedroom apartment in the northern part of the East Side, just a block or so from Pawtucket. The neighbors are very friendly. Off-street parking and laundry in the building!
The available unfurnished bedroom is spacious, about 12' x 12' with a big closet, two windows, hardwood floors and a ceiling fan. There is a neat kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook. There's a bathroom with a tub/shower and a large, sunny and furnished living room. There's patio furniture out back with a fun grill/fire pit to hang out with friends around a fire.
Down the hill to the west is North Main St. where there's Gregg's Restaurant and the Green Line buses provide service to downtown and Attleboro. On the other end of the street, near India Restaurant, the #1 bus goes down Hope Street to Thayer Street to the tunnel, downtown, and eventually to the airport.
Off street parking is available. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience!
I've lived here for a few years and really like it. The landlord has been very good.
The share of the rent is $1000 per month, first month's security, plus a share of internet, electric and gas utilities. Share of utilities range from around $75 when it's warm out to around $125 in winter months.
Renting would be done directly with the landlord. Not a sublet.
Unsurprisingly, I am seeking a roommate who is quiet, clean and responsible. No smoking and no pets please.
