Room For Rent: Everything Included - $800.00 a month
Male or female is fine with me, as long as you fit the criteria below.
1 bedroom available for rent in a single family home in North Providence RI. I am the home owner and take pride in my home. Conveniently located close to all amenities, highways, casino, super markets, etc.
Everything would be included in the monthly rent, Heat, hot water, WiFi, cable, and electric with a bathroom we would share.
I’m a 47M chill, fun, down to earth, clean, single professional that owns the home. I’m looking for the right person that could live here with me. It will take the right individual!! Considerate, respectful, working, clean, and mature. The room is furnished but I could empty out if you have your own furniture. You would also need to share the chores such as cleaning and buy your own food.
If you’re not financially responsible then don’t even bother inquiring. If you’re living here I expect the rent payment in full monthly and not going to listen to excuses!
I am 420 friendly, but no junkies or party people please.
