This is a 3 unit multifamily that has been totally renovated
and we have a room for rent on the 2nd floor.
There is only one other room for rent in this apartment and it is
rented to super good man.
You can walk to the bus in under 2 minutes!
Close to everything: downtown, colleges, shopping,
restaurants, Route 10 and Route 95.
Rent is $625 which includes all utilities and internet.

References and qualifying:
(1) Complete application required: Work references (present & past). Rental references (present & past). All references will be checked thoroughly.
(2) Applicant must show a minimum monthly gross income of $2,40 from a steady source, with 12 months of past earning consistency.

(3) Debt-to-income ratio cannot exceed 60%: Meaning, all of your monthly obligations and debts (including the proposed rent of $625/mo), cannot exceed 60% of your gross income.
To calculate your "debt-to-income ratio", simply add all your monthly obligations and debts plus the proposed rent ($625), then divide that sum by your monthly gross income. That answer cannot exceed 60% of gross income. (Examples of "all obligations and debts" are: vehicle payment, child support, any judgments ordering a payment, alimony, credit payments, student loans, Insurance of any kind, lease or loan payments, plus the proposed rent of $625) all totaled,
(4) Show savings of $1,300 or more, aged in account for at least 60 days.
(5) Provide 2 most recent monthly bank statements and 2 most recent pay-stubs,
(6) Provide a 3-bureau credit report forwarded from your email (with receipt, showing that you purchased it directly from one of the credit bureaus, like Experian or Transunion);
(7) Provide either an original $5 BCI criminal background (no copies) or, from MySmartMove.com ($40); I have to send you an invitation;
(8) Entry fee is 1st four week's rent ($625) plus the last 4 weeks rent ($625), for a total of $1,250. (This is a weekly rental.)
