Reasonable offers will be considered. One owner and we have the title. We only used our trailer 2-3 times a summer and it is in great condition. This travel trailer was purchased with the luxury package. It came with 30Amp with 50 amp capability, Climate Shield. It has an Enclosed Underbelly, Outdoor Kitchen w/ duel stove top, sink and mini Refrigerator, Outdoor TV capable, Outdoor Shower, Back up camera, lots of passthrough "basement" storage, 4 power jacks with sand pads, power tongue jack with stabilizer, solar prep and a 19' Power Awning. The Kitchen has hardwood cabinetry, solid surface countertop, double sinks, 3 burner gas stove and 2 door Refrigerator/freezer that can run on electric or gas and a dinette with 4 chairs. The Water heater also runs with propane or electric. The living space has 2 large pantry/storage cabinets with a 40" flat screen TV, Skylight with Sliding blind for nights, 2 theatre seating recliners (no rips) with heat, message and ambient lighting, along with a fire place that will generate heat for those fall trips. There is also a Bluetooth FM/AM DVD Radio with surround sound inside and has outside speakers. The bedroom is equipped with 2 nightstands with above cabinetry to hang and or storage plus a closet with 3 drawers underneath. The Queen Bed also had under bed storage. Bathroom is equipped with 34" radius shower, sink with under cabinet storage, medicine cabinet, 1 large linen closet and 1 corner cabinet. I have MANY more photos available upon request. The TT unloaded weight is 6,475 pounds and the overall length is 31.2' with tongue jack. We have loved this camper but we are ready to move on to something with a motor!
