I'm looking for either a room or someone that would be interested in teaming up to find a place together. I am looking for max a 2 bedroom (so 2 people living there total). I am quiet, clean, friendly and I have lots of nice plants and artwork. I like to keep the place looking nice and welcoming. I work a normal M-F 8-5. I enjoy cooking, traveling, and hanging out with friends. Budget around $1k. Ideally looking for a place on the East Side of PVD.
I like to know my roommates a normal amount and maybe hang out from time to time but not really looking to be besties. LGBTQ+ friendly. My ideal roommate keeps more to themselves, is out of the house a normal amount, and likes to keep things pretty neat and clean. No couples, partiers, etc.
