I’m a 31-year-old full-time online student at Rasmussen University, currently living in Middletown, Connecticut. I’m pursuing a degree in Business Administration and actively preparing for the GMAT with plans to continue into a PhD program.

I maintain a quiet, structured lifestyle centered around school and studying. I’m respectful of shared spaces, keep a clean environment, and communicate clearly and consistently with landlords and housemates.
I’m currently working hard day by day while based in Middletown, and I’m planning ahead to secure a stable and consistent place to stay for these two important months. I recently received my financial aid refund and have already set aside $1,200 upfront to fully commit to July and August. I will also be receiving my next financial aid disbursement in September (or possibly even this July), which ensures I can continue meeting financial obligations beyond that point.
I’m open to short-term leases or sublets and can be flexible with arrangements if needed.
