Hi, I am looking for a room in the Cranston/Warwick-ish/Coventry area or even the East Side near Thayer. I am a 53 y.o. Male and just moving back home to Rhode Island after spending 5 years in Austin, TX.
I was born and raised in Rhode Island, have income and can also provide local references of family and friends I have known for over 30 years. I have zero criminal record & no substance issues .
I can pay first and security.
Furnished is preferable but not necessary.
I do video editing for additional income so I'm very quiet usually with headphones on.
I'm respectful & considerate. I won't need a parking spot.
Something close to a bus line is preferable.
A longer term or shorter term commitment is whatever you are comfortable with. My goal is to get my own place ASAP but difficult to do all at once so this is a GIANT help.
