I, and a special guest, will then host a weekly PodBlast discussing real estate, mortgages, discussing our sponsors and any promotions they may be offering, and on occasion, surprise guests!
Between us, we have thousands of connections nationwide on almost all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, Alignable, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, where we will also be sharing your information.
Additionally, working with the marketing company, Obsessed With Success, we can purchase Carousel Meta ads on both Facebook and Instagram in areas specifically designed to promote the local businesses if the advertisers so choose.
The base fee is $395.00 per mailing, with no commitment or contract. We take the business's information, create a proof, and upon their approval, we add it to the card.
As a thank you, advertisers will also be included on www.TheWelcomePages.com for one year, a $395.00 value. This is placed in real estate offices and hotel lobbies and has a heavy presence on several social media platforms.
This is a strong commission-based position, with a residual each time the client renews.
It could be done face-to-face or through telemarketing. We provide scripts and training.
