The Tate Team Brokerage is a growing real estate brokerage based in Boston, MA. We generate our own leads and need a sharp cold caller to help set listing appointments with homeowners across Massachusetts.
You'll be calling homeowners from our lead lists to generate listing appointments for our producing agents. These are warm-to-cold calls — skip traced homeowners, expired listings, and motivated sellers. You're not selling anything on the phone. You're having conversations, building rapport, and booking appointments.
What We're Looking For:
Real estate experience required — licensed agent, ISA, cold caller, or similar background in residential real estate. Prior cold calling or outbound calling experience is a must — this isn't your first time on a dialer. Great personality and a great voice — you're the first impression of our brand on the phone. Not shy — you can talk to anyone, handle objections, and keep the energy up call after call. Strong phone presence with a natural east coast accent. Comfortable making 150-200+ dials per shift. Available to call during eastern time zone hours. Reliable and consistent — show up every shift, no excuses.
What We Offer:
$20-25/hr depending on experience and skill level. Performance bonuses for booked appointments that convert. Flexible 10-15 hour weekly schedule — you pick your shifts. All leads, scripts, and dialer access provided. Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the team scales.
