The Paramount PFT-150 Functional Trainer by Paramount Fitness has two large movable arms. These arms move in two planes to create a wide range of exercises. The selectorized weight stack runs off a pulley and cable system. The exercise placard shows the basic operations of the machine, as well as the muscle groups involved. You can use this machine for strength training, rehabilitation, and sports conditioning movements. This Paramount PFT-150 Functional Trainer is a machine that is compact and commercially built for a health club, sports training facility, or busy home gym setting.
