Location: East Matunuck (right by Matunuck Oyster Bar). You are a few hundred feet the beach which is super nice but never incredibly busy. The area is super quiet and you will never be bothered by noises!
Distance from school: Roughly 15-20 minutes depending on the time of day
Roommates: You only share the space with one other girl! She is so sweet and considerate of others and I am sure you will get along.
Parking: Off Street Parking
Other details: The house comes with anything you might need, just bring your bedding and clothes.
