We are not offering Full time or Part time regular employment. We are not
offering regular wages with benefits.
WE ARE OFFERING a steady payment for services performed for the association
on an as needed basis. The more things you are skilled at, the more often you will be
brought in to perform them.
Our small condominium association seeks to engage a handyman on a regular basis
In the past, we sought out individuals for a variety of needs. We are now looking to engage an
individual, just one person, on a regular basis for all condominium needs.
We would pay you at an agreeable rate by the hour for a number of chores which need to be
accomplish.
Examples would be
Interior cleaning, vacuuming, carpet cleaning (dry method - no machine), minor painting and repairs.
Exterior planting, raking, asphalt maintenance, etc
We have a landscaper and plowing contractor
Minor electrical work and cleaning up.
