At RWB, we do things differently. We’re a small, dedicated company that handles every part of the build ourselves. We don’t bounce between subcontractors; we stay on the tools from the first sill plate to the final coat of finish, using traditional methods that require patience and a real respect for the trade.
We’re looking for a Lead Carpenter with 10+ years of experience to join us. We aren't looking for a "lone wolf" to dump on a site by themselves; we’re looking for a teammate who wants to grow with us and takes pride in doing things the right way.
The Day-to-Day
Because we’re a small company, you’ll be working closely with a tight crew every day. We’ve all got different personalities, so being easy to work with is just as important as knowing how to use a framing square.
We need someone who is:
A Seasoned Pro: 10+ years in the game. You’ve seen it all, from heavy framing to fine interior trim.
Open-Minded: We have a specific way of building. We need someone who can take direction, implement it with surgical accuracy, and isn't "stuck in their ways."
Reliable: In a small crew, if one person doesn’t show, the whole day stalls. We need someone we can count on.
A Team Player: No egos. Just a solid person who can work through challenges with the rest of the guys and keep the job moving forward.
