Our client is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician for commercial retail, residential, and mixed-use buildings in the greater Providence area! (Permanent job!)
- 3 or more years of specific commercial property repair and upkeep experience is a must!
Duties include:
- Perform move-in and move-out general maintenance.
- Responsible for handling basic plumbing repairs, light carpentry, painting, and electrical repairs for apartments and some retail spaces.
- Work independently and with a team --- all tools are provided!
- First shift! Occasional Saturdays. BENEFITS!
