Experienced Property Maintenance Technician needed for a growing Property Management Company based out of Providence, RI.
Responsibilities and qualifications include:
• All facets of property maintenance, light construction, painting, cleaning, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc.
• Repair window blinds, shutters, shades
• Install towel dispensers, toilet paper holders, soap dispensers
• Replace light switches, receptacles and light bulbs
• Perform basic furniture repairs
• Hang pictures and banners
• Make basic wall repairs
• Perform minor plumbing repairs -- Change washers, stems seats, cartridges, handles, drain fittings, etc.
• Replace lavatories and toilets
• Log all calls and requests and confirm completion
• Respond to all requests, problems, complaints in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
• Operate a plow and sander
• Must be willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call system.
*** Must be willing and able to travel to all properties under management in Rhode Island and southeastern
Massachusetts.
