What I’m looking for:
• Real experience in welding & sectioning
• Panel replacement (quarters, doors, aprons, unisides, etc.)
• Dent repair & metal work
• Proper disassembly & reassembly
• Someone who understands damage—not just swaps parts
• Takes pride in clean, correct repairs
I handle all paint work, but I’d like someone who can help with prep or paint support when needed.
How we work:
• We work together as a team
• No micromanaging
• No standing around waiting for work
• No cutting corners to please insurance
• Quality & speed, but efficiency matters
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
OR
• Monday — Thursday
• 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Consistent hours, steady workflow
