At Windsong beach house you are only under a mile walk or bike ride from Charlestown Beach with Green Pond just around the corner for kayaking or go for a short drive to places like Misquamicut, Narragansett, Newport, Block Island, or the casinos. You are even close enough for day trips to Boston or Cape Cod.
Windsong is a spacious four bedroom , light filled, and immaculately kept beach house in Charlestown By The Sea that sleeps 7 adults comfortably (1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin w/trundle, 2 twins downstairs one folding cot available). The house has one and a half bathrooms with an outdoor shower as well. Enjoy a private fenced in backyard with a gas grill and stone patio with built in fire pit. Relax in a large screened/windowed porch with ceiling fan and make use of a fully equipped eat in kitchen and a large recreation room downstairs with TV/DVD and built-in bar. Included is Wi-fi, A/C upstairs, ceiling fans, 39" Smart TV with DVD, washer/dryer/dishwasher, and off street parking.
In walking distance also is a great restuarant, deli, bakery, kayak rental, and ice cream shop. Stays are from Saturday (3 pm) to Saturday (10 am); 50% deposit + $300 security deposit due upon booking; balance + cleaning fee due 3 week prior to rental. Cleaning fee $125. No smoking indoors please.
