We are half way between a fresh water lake and the mouth of the river that empties into the ocean at Narragansett Pier.
This house has everything you could possibly need! Share our 6 kayaks, 4 paddle-boards, 2 canoes and 8 street bikes!
Also on the property is a shed filled with supplies for the beach and toys for the yard!
You will be totally entertained but the wildlife and boating activity on this river along our 100-foot frontage.
Kayak, fish, crab, tube or swim right from our front yard, only 15feet away from river's shore!
Enjoy your "showers with the flowers " in our spacious outdoor shower. This is a fully furnished home that is extremely clean,. cozy and comfortable. All linens provided.
