Free, Free, Free…..I know nothing is for free but this is almost. I have had a Time share at Steele Hill Resorts in Sanbornton, NH for the last 15 years. I have moved away from the area and rarely go back for a visit. So, if you are interested in a place to vacation in a beautiful area of New Hampshire. I would like to be free from my contract for this timeshare. What it would take is to transfer the deed over to someone that is interested in the Timeshare to enjoy when they visit NH.
So, what the cost would be is a $350.00 transfer fee + 2026 maintenance fee $550 for a total of $900.00. The maintenance fee is paid for 2025. There is no date reserved for 2026. Featuring: South One bedroom, One Bath suite that will accommodate a max of 6 people. Usage is: Biennial Even. Week: Season 3 (12-16, 20-23, 42-44, 47) refer to south calendar of weeks. (refer to Steele Hill Resorts website) Maintenance fees are paid every year.
