Two minute walk to Andrea's Restaurant, right on Misquamicut Beach with access to Ocean Club's PRIVATE beach. Outdoor shower available at both the private beach and at Ocean Club. Enjoy Ocean Club's indoor swimming pool and small fitness center. The back courtyard has lounge chairs and plenty of grills to cook dinner.
Shabby Chic STUDIO apartment on ground floor - easy in, easy out! (There are only a few steps to walk up from the parking lot, which is right there too, so no need to drag your luggage far).
Full bathroom with shower and tub, a small kitchenette with a dish washer, sink, oven, microwave and full size fridge. A small kitchen table seats 4 people.
Couch pulls out to sleep two and a Murphy bed drops down to sleep an additional two. There is a television inside a cabinet in the corner near a reading chair and table with lamp.
There are many attractions nearby! Watch Hill is about a 15 minute drive and Mystic, CT is not much further. Make an easy day trip out to Newport or Narragansett. There are always fun summer activities in surrounding towns to enjoy, just pick up a local magazine for listings.
Cost of closing/deed ownership transfer estimated around $450. Cost sharing on this can be negotiated.
