Responsible Professional Seeking House/1st Floor Apt – Pawtucket/Warwi (Pawtucket/East Side/Warwick)

Hello!
I am a responsible, full-time professional looking for a long-term rental in Pawtucket, Warwick, or the East Side (Providence). I have a very stable, verifiable income and a consistent local work history.
What I am looking for:
• Accessibility: I am seeking a single-family house or preferably (but not required) a first-floor apartment with minimal stairs. One bedroom apartment is fine, or two would be better. This is a priority for the health of my 12-year-old dog who has back leg mobility issues.
• Flooring: I am looking for a home with hardwood floors. They are much easier for me to maintain and keep clean for my pets.
About Me & My Pets:
• Tenant Profile: Single occupant, quiet, non cigarette smoker and very clean. I treat my rental like a home and take great pride in maintaining the property.
• The Dogs: I have three house-broken dogs: a female Frenchie and two Pitbull Terriers. My senior Pitbull is very low-energy due to his age. I am a conscientious owner and can provide excellent references from my current landlord regarding my pets' behavior and the cleanliness of my home.
I have my own reliable transportation and am looking to move in the next 1–2 months. If you have a property that fits these needs, I would love to hear from you.
