Looking for Lawyer Recommendations (Rhode Island) (Westerly)

Hi, my name is April, and I’m trying to help my dad find a reliable and reasonably priced Rhode Island attorney who can handle both civil harassment issues and a very complicated property/share dispute involving a family member and her boyfriend.
For years, this family member and her partner have harassed my dad in multiple ways and tried to pressure him regarding a property he co-owns. One major issue is that they filed a misleading quitclaim deed in 2021 that resulted in a lawyer attempting to evict my dad, even though he is a rightful co-owner and never agreed to anything they implied. They have repeatedly attempted to manipulate legal processes to gain control of the property.
We need a lawyer who can:
Stop the ongoing harassment and potentially file a lawsuit for past actions
Untangle the messy property-share situation (multiple heirs, questionable filings, and possible improper deeds)
Challenge the misleading quitclaim deed and any actions taken because of it
Be competent, trustworthy, and not outrageously expensive
Actually advocate for my dad instead of draining money without helping
